Queen Mary Hall currently offers en-suite two-sharing and four-sharing bedrooms for female PAU students. Space allocation is first come, first served and confirmed with full payment.

Two-sharing bedroom

₦3,200,000 per bed space — Sold out

Two students share an en-suite bedroom with a toilet, shower, and wash basin. The 2026/2027 room allocation is currently sold out.

Four-sharing bedroom

₦2,200,000 per bed space

Four students share an en-suite bedroom with a toilet, shower, and wash basin. Availability is limited and allocation is confirmed after full payment.

Residence identity card

₦10,000 compulsory fee

A residence identity-card fee applies in addition to the selected room fee. Four-sharing total: ₦2,210,000. Two-sharing total: ₦3,210,000.
